In order to achieve the galaxy effect, apply an even layer of the luster. Immediately after, use a pointed brush, dip the tip, and pat on top of the luster substrate. Round dots will appear on both surfaces. To prevent pointed edges of the circles, it is recommended to perform the patting operation while the plaster substrate is still wet.
